Meet Lisa
Hi, I’m Lisa
I’ve been a massage therapist for over 20 years and have been lucky enough to work with some amazing sports teams along the way — including the Broncos, Reds, Wallabies, All Blacks, Bullets, and plenty more.
These days, my biggest passion is teaching and helping every BODY feel good in their body and move in a way that feels right for them. Whether it’s through massage, movement, or simple self-care, I love empowering people to feel strong, comfortable, and connected.
